Has your hard drive crashed?  Unable to access the data on your disk?  Strange noises emanating from the hard drive?  Data recovery lets us retrieve deleted or inaccessible data from failed computer hard disk drives.

• Drop off or mail your internal or external hard drive, RAID array, USB stick or other media at our store location. (You can also bring in your computer with the hard drive installed).


• We will perform a hard drive diagnosis (2-3 days) to determine what we can recover.  Diagnosis is free with any recovery (or only $89 if no recovery is done).  Urgent priority (24 hour or less) diagnosis is available.


• You will be contacted by your technician with the price of recovery (starts at only $99 for non-clean room).  Note: for most mechanical drive failures which involve the aperature arm, removing platters, etc. we use a class 100 clean room to recover drives.  Since we do the recoveries ourselves, our goal is to offer the lowest possible price and increase our volume.  You will find our cost of recovery is much lower than the competition.

Many technicians do not have data recovery training and can ruin the chances for a successful recovery. We have years of experience and our success rate is among the highest in the industry. We have two levels of recovery.  Our level one recovery is based on the amount of data to be recovered and includes a backup service to CDs or DVDs.  Level two recovery ("clean room") is more difficult and is based on the estimated hours of repair work.  Level two can include replacing hardware parts in a dust-free, static free room.  You will be contacted with an estimate after your diagnosis is complete.

Tips

• If you become a victim of data loss due to hard drive failure, a virus, or any other disaster, do not try to operate your computer. In cases such as head crash, this will only worsen the problem.
• Beware of using disk utilities as they can be destructive to your data in all but the hands of the most capable and experienced professionals.
• The actual data recovery process does not begin until the Data Recovery Department has received the signed Recovery Authorization form.
